Before starting a project, I will send over a few designs for the customer to pick from. A project will not be started until the customer approves the final design.

Our turnaround time is typically 1-2 weeks, depending on the volume of orders. You are welcome to pick up your order, or we can ship it upon request! The customer is responsible for paying the shipping fees.
